Hello @Jojina, welcome to the Community forums.
Thank you for sharing all this information and confirming that you already got in touch with the Customer Support team about this.
I'm sorry to see that it wasn't possible to obtain a replacement, even tough Customer Support is always eager to help with these type of cases, they always need to adhere to the official warranty policy. This would start counting from the original date of purchase and would only cover original Fitbit devices and accessories.
Thank again, you for sharing your feedback and experience with this in the forums.
Let me know if you have further questions.

, I already spoke to Fitbit customer service. Case number 31697251 . Was told I can get replacement but not from Fitbit because I didn’t bought it from them. I have to go through customer service where I bought it. Well ,I did contacted them, representative said ,that it’s not there problem because it’s under manufacture warranty and they can’t help. Looks like I just lost $100 🤨

Exact same issue - I bought my Fitbit Inspire HR yesterday at Target, and the port for the strap on one side is already broken. The strip comes out with just the slightest bump or flick of the wrist

I had one delivered from Amazon today and within the first hour the band popped off. It was charging and not even worn at this point. Clearly a badly designed product. In the UK the salea of goods act would make this not fit for purpose and entitle yoy to a refund. Not sire about US though.

Yep--same problem here. This is the second Inspire that I have had. The first did last about year before it happened so I went ahead and purchased another. This one only lasted 2 weeks.

Same here, after using/wearing the device only since lockdown the carrier recesses for the strap pin have crumbled, seems like a moulding flaw / poor design.

I have the same exact problem with mine. Has anyone found a way to fix it? Other than replacement?

Happened to me twice now, back in February the first time and fitbit replaced it, now it happened with the replacement and they won't replace this one because it doesn't meet the warranty requirements. Anyone know of replacement bands that we could slip the tracker part into? Don't want to spend more money on a fitbit if its just going to break again. Seems like a bad design.

My friend purchased a Fitbit INspire HR from Target back in October 2019. I love my Fitbit but it does me no good if I cannot wear it due to the bands continuing to break off. I have 3 bands break off within 3-4 months. I have read all the responses to this issue (port on one end is broken or will not hold the band). This does not say well for Fitbit in general. They make a bad product that will not hold the bands and will not honor it or fix it. This seems to be an ongoing issue with the Inspire HR.
PLease let me know what I can do to resolve this?

I have worn this watch every day since I bought. Disappointed that I can't wear it now.

Happened to my inspire 2 the slot that fits the band is very poorly designed and broke since the tracker works fine I am also looking for an alternative band which has a slot to slip the tracker in. Not sure if the Ace tracker band can be used.

On Etsy - there are bands kind of like scrunchies that you can slip the tracker in & secure with a knot, use them on ankle or wrist 🙂

I have the same issue with the 4 month time frame and the port won't keep the band in! Its my first fitbit and from all other comments I don't have much faith in getting my issue sorted...

Same here! Contacted Fitbit but only offered a mere 35% discount to purchase another. Tis is the 2nd Fitbit I've already purchased. Shame on them! Poor product quality! How many do I need to buy before I get one that does not fall apart?
