I went on a big bike ride, a couple hours later my fitbit went black and unresponsive and I tried to charge it overnight but it didn’t help. I noticed a lot of condensation on the inside of the back where I assume is the HR sensor.
Do I need to return it or can I fix it?

I am also having this issue.
My Fitbit is completely unresponsive, has visible condensation on the heartrate monitors. In days prior to this the time had also stopped working.

I’ve been wearing my Fitbit basically - showering and exercising and very short swims in a pool and recently noticed my battery life was awful. I would charge it full all night and in two hours the next day it would be dead. Last night it gave up completely and would not charge. It’s completely unresponsive now (even tried following the reset instructions) and I noticed the condensation on the heart rate sensor section (which no longer lights up or flashes) so that led me to this post.
I love my Inspire - hoping I can find some answers/resolution!

This is the exact same for me. I have only had it since December and recently it stopped holding a charge. Went from lasting 5 days to an hojr.now the heart rate light is gone and its unresponsive. It looks to be moist which is odd

@RicardoFitbit ~ My Inspire HR just died tonight after swimming for the first time. Purchased 12/11/2019, green light is off, condensation visible on the back. Tried soft/hard reset, nothing ... dead. Please advise replacement procedure.

I am having a similar issue. The green light is not blinking, I can see condensation in the sensor area. Put inside a rice as well. Still not working.

Exact same problem. Bought in December 2019. I already put in rice for days. It power on for a sec. Battery is at 1%. Got it to charge to 100% and then it dies. Turns on and off when it wants to. I also see condensation on back. The front is fine. Has anyone had any luck? Is this covered under warranty?

Same issue here - I wear my Fitbit all the time. Stopped working last night after a swim (which I’ve done several times). Moisture in heart rate sensor area, completely dead, no green light. Have had since December. Please help - I love my Fitbit!

exact same situation! Received as a gift in December, never swam with it, never showered with it, etc. I was splashed by a wave at the beach yesterday and then it said low battery later on. I charged it and put it on this morning and it died within the hour. Now condensation is on the monitor and won't charge, and if it does it won't hold a charge.

I'm having the same as everyone else here and have only had it since early May. I've spent the last three days trying everything I could, to only get it to sometimes power on briefly and the screen will shudder then shut off again. Definitely condensation in the sensor area.

Exact same problem, got it in May, had a few swims without issue during the summer. Yesterday another swim and now it won't charge, looks like condensation. Please help

Hi, I've had my inspire hr for three years. I purchased it specifically because it was waterproof. After my last swim it was still working fine but before I went to bed I noticed it was completely dead, no flashing lights no display. I thought it might just need to be charged. But after a full day of charging and looking for fixes I finally gave up and looked for a replacement after 2 full days on the charger I was going to throw it out but the lights started flashing! It wasn't fully charged so I left it to charge until it was at 100% then I did the reset. It started losing its charge quickly so I left it overnight to charge again. It died again but I left it on the charger and it revived again. Today it's losing its charge at a slower rate. I'm hoping that it's slightly water damaged and just needs time to dry out. If it begins to function normally I'll update here.
