Have device with just over a week and now the last few days then device seems to power off when not on charge. Even when I turn it on when not on charge it only stays on for few seconds and then turns off again.

Hi @Cathyaob Try restarting it several times. If that doesnt fix tje issue then younwill need to contact Customer Support
