I ordered an Inspire HR about 3 months ago now (end of July ish) to replace my Versa which just gave out but wasn't under warranty. I got an email from FitBit that same day to confirm my order, but the watch still hasn't arrived or even shipped. Is there any chance my order was cancelled without FitBit letting me know? Or is FitBit just extremely slow on shipping some products given that there is a pandemic going on?
