Two days ago, I no longer was getting updates on my Mac desktop from my Inspire. I've tried various suggestions from Fitbit and it still isn't working. The battery is fully charged; yet, on my desktop it says it's empty. That's probably because it isn't connecting. Need better instructions, please.

Hi @renogal19, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR stopped syncing with your Mac desktop. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
As you mentioned, the Fitbit app shows that the battery is empty because your Inspire HR is not syncing. In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your Inspire HR and see if the issue gets fixed.
Looking forward to your response.
