Inspire HR quit working after swim activity

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Inspire HR got wet (one dive in pool and took it off) and next day battery started draining within 4 hours. Thought it was okay recharging but then screen went black. I put in rice for 48 hours. Charged it for 24hrs. Went thru every restart suggestion to no avail. Repeated all those steps couple of times. Have had several fitbits over the years. Purchased this within last 10months. Beyond disappointed in this version especially with higher cost. Literally was exposed to water once for less than a minute. Please help! Thank you!

You'll need customer support to get the authorization @Sundeck20

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help. If you email, please know that each subsequent email will put you at the bottom of the queue, which will cause you to wait longer.

I'd call if you have the time. Some people find the live chat helpful. Middle of the week might not take as long to get help. I never call places first or last of the week.
