I have looked through the trouble shooting guides and the forums and have not found a satisfactory answer. Due to longer wait times, I have not been able to chat online either. I have a Google Pixel phone with default android texting app and an Inspire HR fitbit. I receive notifications on my fitbit when I receive a phone call, but for probably over a month now, I receive no notifications for text messages. I am within 5 feet of my phone, I have the default texting app, I have reset my fitbit, I have double checked all my notification/privacy settings on my phone, and I still receive no notifications. Please help!

@tory63 It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your Inspire HR not getting text messages and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you refresh the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

I followed your steps. I cleared out my bluetooth, restarted my phone, and turned off my battery saver. I had previously checked my app settings and my phone's notification settings, but rechecked them anyway. I actually then ran into issues reconnecting my fitbit to bluetooth, which resulted in me having to remove my Inspire HR from the fitbit app and reconnecting through the app before I could reconnect bluetooth. I do receive notifications now, my settings were never changed and I still receive notifications with my battery saver on. I am not sure what impacted my fitbit and stopped it working, but apparently "unplugging it and plugging it back in" seemed to work. Sounds like a software issue to me.
Thanks for the help and hopefully I won't have to do this again!
