Hi there,
My husband and I both recently got Inspire HR's, and overall, we're loving them. But a few nights ago, my husband took his off in the middle of the night and woke up the next morning to sleep data for the hours that he had it off his wrist. I decided to test mine and leave it off for the night (and put it on my bedside table) and I woke up the next morning to a complete sleep report and graph for the night when it wasn't on my wrist. It looked the same as other sleep graphs - complete with sleep cycles, minutes awake, etc.
Any ideas what could be going on here? Why both of our Inspire HR's are making up sleep data at night when the FitBit is off our wrists? I thought it was smart enough to know when a heart rate isn't detected and then it wouldn't record data that night? We're just not sure where it's getting this data from when there is no heart rate, and this is making us question if the sleep data we usually get is correct at all.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Yeah, my inspire HR has started recording that I’m sleeping during the evening while I’m reading. And then it doesn’t records any sleep overnight when I’m actually sleeping.

My inspire HR RECORDED THAT I slept 3 hrs when I actually slept about 7!
not impressed too many sleep errors for my liking!
