Inspire HR recording steps (3000-8000) when not mooving

I have reset my Inspire HR multiple times as recommended, but it still record several thousand steps when I'm not mooving. The fault is obvious, as 8000 steps in 15 minuts is not possible. Can it be fixed, or is the Inspire HR Brocken?

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Inspire HR. 

 

There are some steps to improve the accuracy of information recorded, but if you're getting all these steps when you're not moving at all and if you already tried restart procedure, I do recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance. The best way to get more immediate help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call.
