Hi I’ve noticed that my Fitbit inspire HR is recording steps and calories in my sleep. I’ve been asleep 5 hours and it says I have done 55 steps and burned 180 calories. Is this normal and supposed to happen?

Hi @Jadee44 The steps in your sleep are from movements you make while sleeping and the tracker thinks they are steps. 2 to 300 a nightnis not unusual, and not a significant amount when part of a whole days stepping. The calories you see are uou BMI (Basic Metabolic Rate) calories - the calories all of us burn just by being alive. So all is normal!
