While typing during work, Inspire HR records steps. I'm sitting, not moving. How can I get it to stop.

Hey Sarita,. I just got my Fitbit inspire this past Sunday and as you're saying mine is also counting steps while I'm just sitting at my laptop typing and it counts steps. I woke up this morning from sleeping and I had over 300 steps counted.
