I have a 2 month old Inspire HR (firmware 34.20001.63.18).
I wear in on the One-like rubber clip on my pants, not the wristband.
I initially got about 5 days of battery life, I think, but it has been reducing gradually, so I have been charging it every 3 days or so - there's been a few cases when I ran out of battery in the middle of the day.
Now on Labor day I went backpacking (naturally, without a charger) and charged the device overnight prior to leaving. My phone was in the airplane mode most of the time as there is no reception anyway. Based on the steps the Inspire HR saved, the battery was completely dead in about 36 hours. That's not very convenient, to say the least, and a little disappointing as I was counting on fitbit doing its job tracking.
I read the threads on the forum and the tips here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2004.htm?Highlight=extend - nothing would really apply to me. No notification, screen is off, no apps and I really don't interact with it. I really need a Fitbit One-like device, it was the closest one and I use it as such without any bells and whistles.
How can I make my Fitbit Inspire HR more usable for tracking my activity?
Thanks!
Vladimir

@Vladimir2000 Thanks for stopping by!
Let me help you with your Inspire HR not holding a charge and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
By the way I want to add that the Inspire HR isn't designed to be worn on the clip, only the Inspire has a clip mode and compatible with the clip sold at the Fitbit store.
Let me know how it goes.
