Inspire HR removed over 145 active minutes

My Inspire finally tracked all my steps, but it removed the active minutes from this morning. I walked 1:30 min this morning plus I did P90x I had accumulated over 140 active minutes and now are gone. Also, I had burned over 1,000 calories and now are 822.

Hi @Zaidah, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR removed the total amount of your active minutes as well as the calories burned.

 

Please restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page which explains how your Fitbit device earns your active minutes. Finally, monitor your Fitbit device for the next 48 hours and see if the issue doesn't happen again.

 

Keep me posted on the outcome.
