Inspire HR removes active minutes, steps and calories

I am training for a 102km walk so using my inspire hr is pretty important. I can walk for about 13 miles for a few hours and burn loads of calories, it shows on the watch but when trying to sync with the app it removes them all and updates the watch to the last sync on the app. I am wondering why I spent the money on something that isn't going to track things correctly. I have found other posts with similar issues but none of those suggestions work. Does anyone know how I can get it to sync correctly so I don't keep losing everything?

When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
