My Fitbit Inspire HR is removing steps and calories from my tracker. Yesterday I completed a walk that was over 10000 steps and my Fitbit congratulated me on this almost 2 hours later my tracker showed me at 6000 steps. Today at 16:30 I had burned 2600 calories and completed 153 active minutes but at 17:35 I had completed 0 active minutes and burned 2200 calories.

Hi, have you had any joy solving this? It’s just happened to me - had almost 11,000 steps and it congratulated me, then a moment ago they all disappeared and I’m now at 915 steps. It still has my steps for first thing this morning and the last few mins, but it’s wiped all my steps from my midday walk. They’re no longer showing on my device, app or dashboard.

Hi, I messaged the support team on Twitter and they said it was because I had my Strava account synced with Fitbit, so the Fitbit was removing the steps completed on my Strava activities from day. Not sure if this is what has happened to you? But it appears to be working for me

No, I’ve not used Strava for years 😔. It’s so odd, it still shows the miles I’ve walked, just not the steps.
