Inspire HR repeated calendar notifications

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Inspire is picking up scheduled appointments from my calendar and then repeatedly buzzing me in notification.  It buzzes numerous times during the night and then numerous times until the time of the appointment.  I'm talking about probably well over 20 notifications.  One or two notification is plenty.   I don't want it to wake me up with needless buzzing or continue to be aggravating by repeated notices prior to the meeting.  Any way to turn this off.  I don't want to have to stop using my calendar.   Any help will be appreciated.

@mshelton Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with the multiple notifications you are getting for your calendar events on your Inspire HR. How are you saving these calendar events? Sometimes an option is automatically selected called All Day notification. Check if your calendar events don't have this option selected. You can also try turning off calendar events off, save and sync then turn it on, save and sync again.

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for your response!  I had chosen to to be notified the day before and 1 hr before appointment. But fitbit went crazy with notifications.   Then, I noticed that my iPhone no longer had my appointments listed, nor would it show new ones that I had added.  I finally discovered that the calendar I used was no longer marked as the calendar to use.  A blank calendar was now showing.   How my calendar got turned off, I'll never know.  Problem with Fitbit was also solved when I selected the calendar I wanted.  Guess it stopped confusing Fitbit.
