My inspire HR has in the past not reacted to the button being pressed or touch screen - the screen stays black. I had to plug it into a computer and reset it each time. Now the screen won't scroll past the clock face.
I don't have access to a computer to reset it with right now, and really should I have to be resetting my fitbit every few weeks? Is there a software update I'm missing or a long term fix?
