Hi,
I owned an Inspire HR for about 8 months, until 1 day it stopped turning on, even when on the charging/holding the button. Fitbit sent me a replacement, but that replacement turned on once, then never again. I can leave it on the charger, hold the button, but nothing happens. Is there something I need to do other than hold the button?

Please let me know if your Inspire HR vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your Inspire HR for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
