Inspire HR requires constant restarts

I got the Inspire HR a few months ago and have been having problems with it pretty much ever since. Before this I had the Alta which never gave me any problems. With the HR, it seems like nearly every other day it requires a restart because it won't vibrate when I receive texts. Has anyone else had issues with the HR suddenly not vibrating? It's very frustrating to have to constantly restart it.

I have had my Fitbit Inspire HR for about a month and have had to restart it twice - stopped recording sleep the first time, them stopped recording steps the second time.  Why is this happening?  I never had to restart my Fitbit Alta.
