I am trying to clear user data and reset my Fitbit and am unable to do so. Once I clear data, the Fitbit won’t sink and when I pair and set up again, the previous data is recovered. I am trying to start afresh and need a clean device.

As @MakMak mentioned, if you would like to reset all the information of your account, you will need to delete it. You can check help article: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?

Hi, @AniaN! Your data are not associated with your device, but with your account. If you want to start over, you will need to delete your account and set up a new one.
