I have connected both apps on my iPhone and yet my runs aren’t uploading to Strava. How can I fix this?

@JesssK Welcome! It's great to see you around!
I will assist you with your Strava integration. Only GPS activities will be transferred to Strava. On your Inspire HR you will need to use your phone's GPS chip via the Connected GPS feature. You can see how this feature works here. If you are already recording GPS activities and they aren't transferring please remove Strava from your Fitbit account via the website and re-link them.
Let me know how it goes.

@JesssK thank you for your reply. If you want GPS data then you will need to have the phone nearby as the instructions say in the help article. If you only wish to track your activity without GPS data then you can leave your phone at home but as mentioned these activities won't transfer to Strava.
Keep me posted.

@JesssK The only Fitbit that has it's own GPS is the Ionic at this time. None of the other Fitbits have it and will require that your phone be with you on your run.
Personally, I prefer to have my phone with me for safety -- in case I get hurt or feel unsafe.

I tried to go to the fitbit app and revoke access. And then I went to my strava app and tried to reconnect the accounts and it says they are connected, but my run from this morning logged on fitbit still will not transfer to strava. and when i go back into strava it says my fitbit isn't connected. I do not know how to make this stick and it is so irritating. any help?
