I just purchased my HR inpsire in April and am already having problems with it keeping a charge after an update on the app. i have to charge every couple of hours to stay in a challenge and lose steps since I am not always near my plug.

Badcally Fitbit analysed it and said I can replace it or get 50% against another.
I wanted a refund to be honest .

Hi NM1303. My wife and I have both had the same problem. She got hers one year before me. Both of us had our Fitbit last almost a year and battery life went way down. With hers, the battery completely died after 56 weeks. Two weeks after the warranty expired. With her device and mine, customer service has told us there is nothing we can do and that we just have to buy new ones. While searching online, we have found many others with the same problem. They are made to only last a year.
For us, we will not be buying a Fitbit again. They are just ripping customers off by making devices that don’t last.

I ended up getting a new Fitbit but after a year or so it was so dark I couldn’t read it. So I pulled out my old Fitbit that wouldn’t hold a charge and it worked for a few days but it was back to not even lasting a day so I threw it in the garbage and gave up
