It still vibrates when I hit the button. I saw the smile once but haven't seen it since and nothing is working. Very frustrating given its only 2 weeks old. Is there a solution or hard reset?

My Fitbit Inspire display has stopped working as well. I have read the thread and see no resolution given. Is there a fix for this or should I work on contacting someone to send this back?

@Cat49 Thanks for your question about what could cause syncing issues.
There are many factors that could affect the syncing process but I will list just some of them:
- The Bluetooth is off.
- Your Fitbit device is bonded with a cellphone. If you receive notifications, your Inspire HR is bonded to that mobile device and it won't be able to sync with a different one.
- Your cellphone is managing other Bluetooth connections (speakers or headsets paired to your phone).
- When you are in a crowded place with other people that is trying to sync their wristbands (during a marathon for example).
- When you use more than one Fitbit device to sync.
- Your Fitbit device's battery is critically low.

Seem to be having a similar issue, been at it for about 2 days, let it sit on the charger all day when i was at work. Attempted to soft reset it dozens of times, attempted to change the screen display (considering it fails bluetooth connectivity no surprise it failed there)
during an attempt at a soft reset i can get the happy face to pop up for a few moments, screen just goes dark and continually vibrates roughly every 20-30 seconds but will do nothing else.
Attempted to remove it from my fitbit account hoping it would hard reset (should've known this was dumb as once again it fails to sync to my phone)
Are there any moderators available that can offer some assistance?
i would also like to take this opportunity to suggest that there should be some sort of hard cable to have your pc communicate with your device for hard resets.... would probably save your company money, and your customers frustration

@Pvamber2006, in case you're having the same behavior with your Inspire HR's screen, please try the restart process to see how it behaves. You can also try changing the clock face. Give it a try and keep me posted with the outcome.

My inspire has no display as of today ..I have been having problems since the IOS upgrade with it not picking up messages.. but today even though charged there is no display but it is still showing progress in the app (for now)
very frustrating as less than 5 months old
