It still vibrates when I hit the button. I saw the smile once but haven't seen it since and nothing is working. Very frustrating given its only 2 weeks old. Is there a solution or hard reset?

I have the same problem. It is tracking everything, but no display. How do you restart the Inspire HR?

Hi. @TConry , I have posted the restart instructions several times on this thread. Here they are again:
Sometimes you need to hold the button for longer than the recommended 5 seconds, and do make sure that there is good contact with the charging points, as it must be plugged in and charging in order for the restart to work.
If you get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support they will give you exactly this advice, so you will save time by trying it at least 3 times before contacting them.

@sisro , well, I don’t think anyone can help you unless you tell us what you do have ?.
Edited to add, it looks like you have somehow “subscribed” to some posts in the Inspire HR forum area and that is why you are receiving irrelevant email updates. If you get an email on a post not relevant to you, go to the relevant thread (you can click on the email and it should take you there). At the top right hand side of the “thread” you should see a little gear icon. Click on that and in the drop down menu choose “unsubscribe”. After that you should stop seeing updates.
I hope this helps, and please post again if you have any other issues.

I’ve been having the same problems too with my Fitbit and it displayed once but it was extremely glitchy... I have no idea what is going on.

Hi Everyone, I thought I'd share this. I ran into the same issue and my Fitbit was only a month old.
I went into my Fitbit app and changed the 'Clock Face' settings. This fixed my screen issue and it's working again. Hope this helps others!

I have the time, but no other information, nothing happens when you scroll the screen.
It is only a month old.

@ritaylor , I loved mine, and thought it looked really smart and classy, but sadly I managed to lose it. 😥

I have had the screen go blank FOUR times now. Seems like about every 4-6 weeks it happens. It always works to change the clock face, but I am posting another reply in this thread just in hopes it gets attention from Fitbit. Seems kind of crazy that they can't fix this as it clearly affects MANY people.

@Cat49 if your green lights are not working have you checked to make sure that you have not accidentally turned the HR setting to off? On your Inspire HR swipe down until you come to the settings menu. Tap on settings and swipe up to heartrate. Make sure it is set to ON. (tap to toggle between on and off)
If it is set to ON and the green lights still aren’t working try turning them to off, waiting a moment, and turning on again. It is also worth giving your Fitbit a restart. Instructions on this thread a few messages above this one.
Good luck and let us know how it goes.

My Fitbit isn’t even 1/2 a year old and it’s already fried... it hasn’t turned on in a month and it’s been on the charger ever since it stopped working
