Inspire HR's display won't swipe

help! My inspire hr quit swiping! I've tried restarting both my phone and my fitbit already! What shall I do?

Hi @thismamacooks, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Inspire HR since the screen stopped swiping. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

I'm having the same problem. Have restarted and changed clock face but it still won't swipe. Any other suggestions?

I am having the same problem. Plus, mine says I am not connected ( even though it is syncing in the app) to let me change the clock face. I already removed it and re-paired it with my device and same issue.

I'm having the same issue.  I've changed the click face at least 3 times. Ran it down to zero & then charged it. Still not swiping. I've also done a soft restart. 

 

I bought it just this past June.
