I keep trying to update my Fitbit Inspire HR to the latest firmware. Each time I have done this it has failed. I have turned my phone on and off several times,I have removed my Inspire from my App and reinstalled it twice. I have also reset my Fitbit several times
Don't know what else to do.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, run the update again and see if it gets completed.

Hi followed all the steps you suggested and it's still failing to update which is very frustrating. What do you suggest? Thanks

My inspire HR will not update the latest firmware. I have not disconnected the device from Bluetooth and ‘forgotten’ the device from my iPad. I don’t want to do that unless it’s absolutely necessary. I have tried turning off and on my inspire HR to no avail. What do you suggest for next steps?

I too have had this problem with a new Fitbit Inspire HR. All the live Chat could say was try all the turn off and on, turn iPad off and on etc. Nothing worked and they finally said it is a known problem with some Fitbits and they are working on it. Unfortunately they couldn't give me any time scale as to when it would be fixed and to just continue to try to update. GREAT i now have a new Fitbit Inspire HR that doesn't work.......NOT HAPPY!
