My Fitbit Inspire HR is barely 5 months old & does not even support 1 day after getting 100% charged. once it reaches to 50%, it drains to 0% within 1-2 hour time. This is extremely hopeless battery performance from so called industry leaders in fitness trackers, it hurts all the more because of their claims of their battery lasting 5 days. Half of my day I have to keep my tracker on charging so that I can use it while exercising & during night time to track sleep.
Also this magnetic charger is another big headache as it keeps on tripping even with slightest of movement while charging resulting in long long time to get my device charged up. Overall it is very disappointing from Fitbit.
can anyone help how can I improve my battery performance.

@Clicknitin83 It's great to have you here!
Sorry to hear that your Inspire HR battery is draining quickly and the charger is falling off. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life and help make sure it is properly set so it doesn't fall off the charger.
Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the reply. I had already tried these methods and cleaned the device & charger thoroughly and put it to get charged for straight 5 hours and after it started showing 100% at about 11:00 PM I took it out, worn it and went to sleep. Woke up at 6:00 AM to find my device is drained out of batter and completely shut down. It didn't even sustained for 1 night..barely 7 hours..very very disappointed with Fitbit now
