Have been charging it but it’s not turning on. I’ve also done the suggested ‘reset’ where you hold down the button until a smiley face comes up. But, after it comes up it just vibrates intermittently with a black screen. My iPhone app is updated and can not find the device either. I’ve tried everything! Help!

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
