Inspire HR saying I am awake when I am sleeping

I’ve only had my Inspire HR  for a couple of weeks and have seen very few problems I can not fix. Still, I am very annoyed with sleep tracking. I am certain I woke up at 6:18 this morning but my Fitbit says I woke up at 5:53. It also shows that I woke up many long times in the night when I know I did not. This is what my sleep tracking looks like:

@HarryPotterSims Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your sleep detection. The "awake" time you are seeing is still part of the sleep logs. Personally I have seen this when I am not deep sleeping anymore, I toss and turn more as I near the time I need to wake up. Still the logs do show that you slept until 6.20 so it is pretty on point to the time you actually woke up. The awake time is just a way of saying that you aren't deep sleeping and are moving more that it should be when sleeping. You can read more about sleep detection and why you see awake times during the night here.

Let me know how it goes.
