I scratched my screen on the clock-face so I bought Brasso metal polish. I’ve heard it works but also that it makes the scratches worse. Before I attempt to fix it I want to know if it works. If not I’ll get polywatch. But polywatch only works on plastic. Is the Inspire HR’s screen plastic or glass?

@kayla12, welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Inspire HR scratched screen. The device has a hardened plastic screen. While we don't suggest you try abrasive materials on your device some members have tried, you can read their findings here.
Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the reply! Does using metal polish also work for inspire HR’s or just charge 2’s?

Hello,
My inspire HR is less than a year old and also has a crack on the screen. I have no idea how it got there but it is almost like the screen is seperating from the charging back portion. It sucks cause I really like Fitbit products but this is the 2nd screen issue I’ve had on two different models.

Metal polish would be too abrasive. I'd first try a small amount of toothpaste mixed with water. The next step would be a scratch removing polish for CD/DVD's, which also use a hardened plastic.
