Inspire HR screen Glitch

My screen is glitching and doubling over so much that I cannot read it. I did not drop it. I take very good care of it, and have no idea what happened!? I reset it while charging- it did noting to change it. I have no idea how to fix it. HELP! It’s only about a year old.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR screen not working as it should and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since you already restarted it. try changing the clock face by following these instructions.

Did not work to change clocks. Tried it twice. Restarted several times.

Inspire is fully charged, fresh out of the package today-brand new! Set up, pairing and syncing all worked, but can not read the screen. It is split.

Since the issue persists I suggest you let our Support team know about this so they can further assist you. Mine is doing the exact same thing! I did not drop it or anything, i woke up one morning and it was doing that. Has anyone helped with problem? My inspire is only 6months old. Please help!

I have the same split screen display. I did the restart on the link and I got a regular smiley face. But the clock face is still distorted. I tried to reconnect it and it took forever to figure out exactly how my screen was split to enter the 4 digit code correctly. Apparently 1234 shows as 3412 on my clock with an extra distorted 134123. what else can I try?
