My Inspire HR is around 9 months old and was working fine until around a week ago. When the screen would usually go black after inactivity, it now blinks back on immediately and doesn't go idle, even when it's off my wrist and completely still. After a few hours, it's out of charge. When I charge it back up, the same thing happens.
I've tried resetting it several times through the Fitbit screen. I've also tried resetting it by holding the button down while it's charging until the little 🙂 shows up, also several times, but the problem persists.
When I reset when it's charging, the time will also reset sometimes, but this may be normal, I'm not sure.
