I’m pretty sure it’s just busted, but I feel obligated to see if there’s a solution here. So I noticed this morning after my commute that my screen wasn’t turning on. It recorded my steps from the morning and synced with the app, but no new info was loading and the app/my phone couldn’t locate the device. I read the forum and saw the solution of connecting the device to a charger and pressing and holding down the button until a smiley comes up. Once I got back from home I did it—-on three different chargers and holding the button down for anywhere between 5 and 60 seconds. Any more advice out there?

@Hyphen8dlife Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the screen and syncing issue that your Inspire HR has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get it fixed before contacting our forums.
I'd like to know if your Fitbit device vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
Finally, charge your Inspire HR for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life and connects with your phone properly.
See you later.
