Hey everyone 🙂
I've been using my Fitbit Inspire HR since I received it as a Christmas gift just over a year ago. I've loved the product, it's helped me keep fit during the lockdown(s) and I've even persuaded other family members to buy their own.
However, last night the screen started scrolling through menus and selecting random exercises or settings etc. I've been unable to use it for almost 24 hours now and I've done a number of resets but the issue still persists and makes the watch unusable. Please can you advise me on what to do, I'd be very disappointed to find that the product has only lasted a year, especially as I've been harping on to family and friends about how amazing their new Fitbits will be!
