Inspire HR screen blank on right side

Had my Fitbit inspire HR for about 14 months.  Right from purchase have frequently had to reset as it stops scrolling.  Now the right side of the screen is completely blank which means I cannot see the full time and other stats.  I am not happy, what is the fix for this.

At your suggestion, I have tried to chat on line to hopefully resolve the problem but get a message that Live Chat is unavailable. Will try to call tomorrow, but your opening hours are not great for me.

I was sent a replacement tracker under the warranty. Unfortunately I cannot get this working. I followed the instructions to set up a new device. The Fitbit have me the 4 digit code, which I entered and the app told me that the new Fitbit has been set up. However, when I look at the Fitbit all I get is a horizontal bar, I cannot see the time or anything. I don’t know if I have done something wrong but it is very frustrating. Unfortunately your help line is not available at times that are suitable for me, I will have to try and find some time tomorrow when they are available. Plus I broke a finger nail removing the strap from my faulty Fitbit to put on the new tracker.

As I want to track my steps I have had to resort to using my old Fitbit Alta (which quite frankly I preferred as you could select a larger font), however that is now nearly 4 years old and the screen is very faint.
