Inspire HR screen broken after restart?

I didn’t use my inspire for a month and some days ago I noticed it didn’t respond to taps or scroll, just the time when I pushed the side button. Support asked me to restart it first and it actually seemed to have broken the screen because it when blank and then it shows just some white-gray lines or completely white blurry screen when I push the bottom. I don’t know what to do. Support they told me to change clock face but it still doesn’t work. Then they told me they can’t do anything since I’m out of guaranty period time. Any ideas what could I do?

Hi, @Maryaisa , you could try giving it another restart, only this time instead of holding the button for just 5 seconds, try holding it for significantly longer (up to 30 seconds).  You may need to try this a couple of times, but it does sometimes fix the issue of a black screen.
