Hi there Team FitBit. I own (& love) a FitBit Inspire HR. It’s been phenomenally useful and fun. I always swim in it, and it’s been great. But recently condensation appeared on the inside of the screen. And I don’t know how to “dry it out”. I’ve tried charging it up, I’ve tried resetting the FitBit - to no avail.
The screen has since gone totally dark - just stopped working entirely, even when charged. I can’t get the screen to come back on (even though the FitBit seems to be working when I check on my phone). What should I do?
Thanks a million for your help, Team FitBit! I appreciate it.
🙂
