Inspire HR screen does not swipe anymore

Inspire HR does not swipe anymore and I've only had it for 2 months.

Hi @rcarmas0292  Try restarting your Inspire HR several ti,es. If that doesnt fix it you will need to contact Customer Support

Hi @rcarmas0292, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I[d like to follow up and would like to know if the screen of your Inspire HR can be swiped after trying the restart process that shared my friend @NellyG.

 

In addition, you can also try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
