Inspire HR screen doesn't respond or turn on

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello FitBit,

My Inspire HR has stopped working completely now, it initially started with screen not responding to touch, then clock not showing correct time, now it charges to full battery and comes back on to now completely dead.

I have already tried all the suggested fixes on your forums, - none have worked to date,

I have been sitting on your live chat waiting for an agent for 3 hours yesterday and now since this morning for 4 hours.

Please can someone help?

Thanks, LP

Hi @Lspn, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR screen won't respond or turn on. I'm also sorry to hear about the chat Support team delay. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. Also, let me know if your Inspire HR vibrates when you put it on the charger.

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Fitbit device for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi JuanJo, @JuanJoFitbit

Thank you for the reply, so before the FitBit refuses to charge or turn on:

- First the screen was failing to respond so no swiping function - could only see the clock, then the clock started to slow down (so the incorrect time was showing at one point with a 6 hour delay)

- I restarted my FitBit several times, unpaired my device and refresh syncing with phone device, checked all the settings etc

But the screen is still not responding.

- Then I went for a 20 min walk, and FitBit just died after being on charge for a couple of hours (it was fully charged with smiley face etc)

- Now it wont charge at all and I have tried many different USB ports and even left it overnight.

When I put on the charger it does not vibrate....

I feel there is several problems,

-Clock not correct

-Battery is not charging/dead

-Screen is not responding to swiping or tapping
