The touch screen seems to be working but I can’t swipe up or down to set up exercises or a timer. I tried resetting but that didn’t work. Any help is much appreciated.

I’m having the same problem. Inspire HR screen doesn’t respond to swipes. App & firmware are up-to-date, and restarting didn’t work. Any help is also appreciated. Thank you!

Hi

I am having same issues with my Fitbit Inspire HR.

at first it will just scroll and won’t respond if I selected an option.
Then I reset it severally and nothing changed.
It will occasionally come around and after making a selection, it freezes again.

I then decided to let the battery run out and after charging it up now, the screen is no longer responsive.

Any Help will be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi and thank you for your assistance.

I tried syncing and managed to get it to sync albeit intermittent periods of freezing. The update took more than an hour to complete and now has now reverted to responding but not doing so consistently.

it still freezes, responds and freezes, responds and freezes again.

Is there anything else that I need to do?

Thank you.

Best Regards

So, update, thanks for all the help! Customer Service reached out to me today to ask a couple of questions, then offered a replacement tracker (same model), or 50% of other Fitbits. They were even able to drop my replacement order in the mail today. Very appreciative of @LiliyaFitbit  and the Support Team. Thank you!
