Trying to see what's going on with my mom's fitbit. Seems like screen is flashing and every few minutes the time gets slower. If I sync it the time will be right be seems not good to not keep the right time. I have done all the updates and restarted and rebooted the device.

In order to avoid any confusion on my end, let me know if you tried the restart process as described in this help article. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article in order to fix the time issue since this could be due to a syncing problem. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

Yes those are the steps I tried. I haven't done factory reset

And now my mom took it out on a walk. It was fully charged and went dead after 10 minutes. Going to have her contact someone about warranty on it. It's less than year old.
