My Inspire HR touch screen freezes constantly. Tried syncing and charging it but nothing works. Happens weekly and is very frustrating. Most of the time it still counts steps but with no touch screen you cant see anything unless you sync on the app. Anyone else experience this or know a shelf life of these?

I am sorry for the delay in response and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this display issue. If your screen is freezing, I recommend restarting the unit by following the steps in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
