My Inspire has just stopped working and is frozen on the time which is still ticking over.
It is on the charger.
I have tried turning it off but it doesn't. Syncing isn't happening.
I have logged out of the app and back in and it made no difference.
I followed the steps and restarted the Fitbit and even reseted it. I restarted my iPhone and it's still not working.
