Inspire HR screen goes black after receiving a notification, 2 months outside of warranty.

Yesterday Fitbit was at 70% battery, I received a text vibrate notification and then the screen went black. I promptly contacted Fitbit via chat to try to resolve the issue; representative was not able to help and said I would be contacted by email with a solution. I was offered 35% off another device, I purchased this device  with a 35% off coupon because the same issue happened with my last Fitbit. It was purchased last May (2020) and comes with a 1 year warranty, the supervisor refused to extend the warranty the 2 extra months, even though this is the second time this has happened. Besides not being able to resolve the issue, the supervisor was extremely insensitive when I explained my situation. When I explained I could not afford to replace the Fitbit for a second time, he offered "discount on bands", then explained if I had any other issues with my Fitbit, I could go on the website to trouble shoot....my broken device? Sucky device and even worse customer service.
