My touch capacitive has a detection problem, its its operating by itself as if im touching it, dont know whats the problem

My Fitbit Inspire hr is also having the same problem. I just bought it today, and the watch screen is scrolling uncontrollably even though I'm not touching it. I restarted it a lot of times, but it didn't seem to solve the problem.
