The screen is frozen on my Inspire HR. I’ve tried restarting it several times; it won’t even vibrate when it restarts like it’s supposed to. I tried changing the clock face, and that doesn’t help either. I’ve had this for less than a year so I’m a little frustrated.

Hi @mw818, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Inspire HR is frozen. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I would just like to know if the screen of your Inspire HR is blank or if it got frozen on any screen of the watch (clock face, apps screen). Also, let me know if you restarted your Fitbit device as described in this help page.
