Yesterday the screen on my Fitbit changed.  It now shows pace, pace average, fat burn and also increased my steps to 19,000 when I had only done about 9,000.  It no longer monitors my sleep or an alarm in the morning.  I haven't done anything to it so I don't know why this is.  Please help

@Salgym Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR screen changing from its normal appearance. This is odd. Could you share a picture of what you are seeing on your device. Make sure this isn't a different clock face. Also restart your tracker by following these instructions.
