Over the past month or two I have been having difficulty scrolling on my HR. I tried full resets & soft restarts, but nothing seemed to work.
In the last week or two my HR has been showing black lines running vertically through the display, again no resets or restarts helped with this issue. Tried commenting on a forum post where I saw someone experience a similar issue & were put in direct contact with customer support, but got no response so am creating my own post here to try gain some better traction.
