Had my Inspire HR since January this year but a couple of weeks ago the screen developed some lines across it, but this wasn't that bad of an issue and it still functioned so I wasn't bothered. But today, the screen seems to have completely gone. I press the button but cannot see anything, I know its still working because I get notifications and everything but can't see anything on the Fitbit. Have tried resetting on both fitbit and through the button. Please help because I really do love my fitbit!

In order to avoid any confusion on our end, please let me know if you restarted your Inspire HR as described in this help article.

Yes I have restarted my Fitbit Inspire as described in that article.

I am also having the same issue. I happened to look at my watch yesterday because it vibrated. I saw a smile face. It went black and I can’t get it to come back on. I tried the restart several times and it doesn’t work. I have had my watch since March. This situation also happened with my Fitbit Versa that I had for 15 months after an update. I’m very disappointed to say the least.
