After my Zumba and a long walk today I was shocked that my Inspire Fitbit screen was black. When I pushed the button nothing happened. I checked the dashboard on my phone and it states it has 60% charge. I also noticed on the dashboard that it has not recorded anything since last Thursday, 3 December. I see that there are a few similar posts on this forum about this!
Your views please?

Hi @Ojnanna, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the black screen issue that your Inspire HR has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums. I totally understand how you feel about this.
I would like to know if your Inspire HR vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Fitbit device for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
